Join us at 6 p.m. for a discussion at the North Branch Library, where we will start designing specific parishwide adaptation strategies for at least one project, program or policy to be implemented in your parish and funded through LA SAFE.
Your community meeting follows the first round of parishwide meetings that engaged residents across the six launch parishes, enabling residents to communicate values, plan for adaptation and set goals. This second round of meetings will build on those results to more sharply focus on strategies and better plan for the diverse issues and opportunities within communities across our LA SAFE parishes.
Food will be provided. Anyone requiring special assistance, as a result of a disability, to participate in a meeting, or who requires child care or transportation to attend, should contact Foundation for Louisiana at 225.772.1372 at least five working days prior to the meeting.
